Chandrashekhar S. Kelkar, Director

Qualifications B.Sc., LL.B., CAIIB (Part I), MDBA (Finance), FCS, PGCBM (XLRI, Jamshedpur). Expertise Company Formation, Business Operations Setup, Legal Compliances, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, Acquisitions, JVs, Establishment of 100% Subsidiaries for Foreign MNCs, FEMA. Profile & Work Experience He is the principal partner in the firm 'C.S.Kelkar and Associates' and is a full time practising Company Secretary. Having successfully completed a PGCBM course from, he is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the Premier Management Institutes in India. He has been a Management Consultant and a practising Company Secretary over the past 18 years, having garnered sufficient foothold through his prior work experience of about 12 years in the banking and industrial sectors - a total work experience of well over 30 years. Being a keen observer and analyzer of business environment, he keeps himself continuously updated on various corporate & business laws and therefore is always well prepared to advise the clients on these. Being an avid learner, Chandrashekhar keeps himself abreast of all the latest developments in fields allied to his practice by being a regular attendee at various seminars and by virtue of having completed courses in International Trade, IPRs etc.

Atul Dixit, Director

Qualifications BE (Electronics & Telecommunications), PGDIM Expertise Strategy Development & Execution, Business Planning, Corporate Affairs, Commercial Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering &Technology Development & Management, Human Resource Development, Business Process Management. Profile & Work Experience Atul has over 2 decades of diverse cross-functional experience in High Growth Rapid Change Business Environment at Senior and Top Management levels. Of these, over 10 years have been at the Board level at Precision Automation and Robotics India Ltd. (PARI), a market leader in the field of Industrial Automation and Robotics. Atul has successfully led the operations of PARI since its inception and has actively contributed in PARI's growth to a market leader in the field of Robotics and Automation reaching a turnover of over Rs. 200 Cr. Atul has successfully executed Projects for Industrial Automation, Greenfield Unit Setup, Procurement & Commissioning of Capital Machinery & Equipments, Continuous Process Management & Enhancement, Infrastructure Planning & Development. Atul's other Professional Associations include memberships of IETE and the Institute of Directors. Being inclined towards all-round knowledge building and professional growth, Atul has also attended the following: the General Management Program for Senior Executives from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, the Executive Management Program from Hiraben Nanawati Institute of Management, Pune, Balance Score Cards & Performance Management, Robot Operations Training at KOBELCO Robotics, Japan, PLC Automation training at B & R Automation, Austria.

Nishigandh Joshi, Director

Expertise Market Assessment & Study, Business Strategy, Analysis & Development, Business Alliances & Partnerships, New Product Launch, Commercialization, Brand Building, Product Management. Profile & Work Experience Nishigandh has over 21 years of professional experience in handling various aspects of business development, marketing, public relations, communications and streamlining operations to increase business efficiency and positioning, mainly in the Electronics, Telecom and Information Technology sectors. Nishigandh has extensive experience in the areas of electronics and embedded industry. His core passion is the mobile and embedded products' industry. Nishigandh has successfully facilitated start-ups and SMEs in identifying and assessing market potential and formulating product development strategy and managing their successful running. At UPPL his main responsibilities are setting up & managing international client business especially software design center, building team, creating delivery mechanism, heading operations till handover.

Rajiv Khaladkar, Director

Qualifications BCom. Expertise Administration, Liaisoning, Marketing, Finance, Accounts. Profile & Work Experience Rajiv has a over 30 years of cross functional experience in functions like Finance, Accounts, Marketing, General Administration and Liaisoning. Before forming UPPL Rajiv has completed a brief stint in one of the Kirloskar Group companies and also setup a successful a trading business. He is very good at establishing business relations and creating and maintaining conducive environment for business. These skills are coupled with his ability to network and an in depth knowledge of various procedural aspects in statutory domains. Rajiv is an excellent all round Administrator.

Radha Gokhale, Director

Qualifications BA (English & Political Science), MBA (Marketing), Advanced Diploma in IT Expertise Human Resource Development & Management. Profile & Work Experience Radha has over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management and specializes in Human Resource Planning & Recruitment. She has an ability to quickly understand the Human resources needs of clients and mobilize the necessary resources through a large data-bank that is updated regularly. Radha has conducted numerous Induction & Training Programs for all organisational hierarchies including Senior and Top Management levels and is an expert in designing & implementation of performance appraisal programs. Over the last two decades she has successfully handled numerous HR related assignments for various corporates and brings a wealth of experience to the UPPL Board of Directors.
